Vintage Tiffany & co Elsa Peretti Open Heart earrings in solid 925 sterling silver. Each signed copyright Elsa Peretti and stamped Tiffany & Co. In excellent condition, the butterfly fasteners are new replacements. 1.1cm x 1cm.
